Mark serves as the managing consultant at Blue Compass Training and Consultancy, leveraging his extensive expertise in sales, operations, training, and public speaking. He has honed his skills through a multitude of training programs conducted by both local and international entities. Mark takes on a pivotal role in delivering crucial training sessions and workshops to organizations across diverse industries. His areas of specialization encompass customer experience enhancement, personality development, leadership training, and more.
Educationally, Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a major in Science from San Sebastian College in Manila. He has also completed the Empowered Trainer Series Program at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Business and pursued studies in Strategic Human Resources at the University of the Philippines.
